It is interesting to note that before the production of this product (a piece weighing about 3 tons of copper and a nationwide water cooling system), steel companies used its foreign sample from countries such as Italy and Germany.
It is said that the total price of the similar foreign purchase of this product (graphite electrodes) is one billion and 500 thousand tomans, and in Iran, this copper piece can be obtained for super heavy steel furnaces with the total price of less than one billion tomans. In order to learn more about this product, we went to the CEO of Danesh Perto Naqsh Jahan, the manufacturer of this Iranian product. Engineer Majid Rahimi has said about this product: In Iran, before the manufacture of this product, graphite electrodes were used, which caused the melt to pass through the slag valve to the furnace pan, but we, as a knowledge-based company, adapted from a foreign model for For the first time, we started to build inside by reverse engineering method.
In the near future, this company plans to use this product in Mobarake steel, Khuzestan steel, Hormozgan steel and Saba iron smelting companies in the first phase, and sell it in the next phases in companies that have super heavy melting furnaces.
