Considering that this copper part has the ability to transfer heat to the water circulating in this part and also performs the freezing action on the melting, it should have a high resistance against damage and possible corrosion. Therefore, the localization of this piece of casting in steel factories is of great importance.
According to Engineer Majid Rahimi, Managing Director of Danesh Perto Naqsh Jahan Company, this product was imported due to complex and special technology, but from now on, we have decided to localize this product due to the conditions of embargo. Although this copper mold has only been produced in a few European countries, but with the order of Foulad Mobarakeh, this product has been domesticated, and even in the near future, with the support of Shokofai Innovation Fund, it is possible to export this product in the short term.
The interesting point of this product is the transfer of 1600 degree melting heat to the circulating water in this copper piece and also bringing the melting temperature to 500 degrees, because creating this freezing in melting requires a complex technology.
